RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a no return policy. Customers who make website orders are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Jewelry items are accepted for exchange if returned within 30 days from receipt of purchase. Jewelry must be sent back, unworn, tags attached and in their original packaging in saleable condition, and accompanied by a sales receipt.

Do not send anything without first contacting us at info@maiflores.com. Please provide as much of the following information as possible: Purchaser’s full name; Date & location of purchase; Sales Receipt Number; Product Code; Description of jewelry; reason for exchange; and the item that you would like in exchange.

Items purchased through the website must be mailed back for exchange. Boutique locations are unable to process these orders. Once you have obtained approval by email, you can send the package for exchange. For your protection, all returns must be packaged in a padded envelope and insured.
