Shipping Policies

We offer US Postal Service Priority Mail (flat rate with insurance $8 within USA including Hawaii, Alaska and all the US regions), FedEx Ground (flat rate with insurance $14 in 48 contiguous states), FedEx 2Day (flat rate with insurance $36 in 48 contiguous states) and FedEx Overnight (flat rate with insurance $76 in 48 contiguous states).

*We recommend to choose FedEx which is more reliable.

For a limited time we are now offering FREE Domestic (48 contiguous states) USPS Priority Mail shipping orders over $99. 

FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide an actual physical address for quick delivery. Please make sure that all shipping information is correct, complete (Apt. #, floor #, etc.) and up to date. Any orders that are re-directed due to an incorrect address will be charged a $10 re-routing fee.

Mai Flores New York cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed non-deliverable. Customers will be charged for return shipments.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a UPS shipping notification via email including your tracking number with the expected delivery date. 

Please allow one business day to process your order. We will ship your order the next business day if an item is in stock. We will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock or on backorder. 

For International orders, we offer US Postal Service Priority Mail International (flat rate with insurance $32), US Postal Service Express Mail International (flat rate with insurance $68).
