HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Please email us at sales@maiflores.com and provide a brief description of your business including the business ID number and location.

Let us know how you would like to receive the information packet, which includes, Line Sheets, Price Sheets, and Order Form. You can have the forms sent by email in PDF, by mail in a CD, by mail in hard copies, or any combination. You can email the completed Order Forms to sales@maiflores.com, or send them to the address below. 

 

TERMS OF SALE / FORMS OF PAYMENT

All orders must be prepaid by credit card, money order or a bank check. To simplify the process, credit card payment is preferred (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express). Checks should be made payable to Mai Flores New York. Returned checks will be charged a $50 administration fee. 

 

MINIMUM ORDERS

For opening orders, a minimum of 10 pieces is required. All reorders have a $150 minimum. 

 

FILLING ORDERS

Orders should ship within two to four weeks. Please place your order at least 4 to 6 weeks prior to major holidays to ensure a timely delivery. Large orders may be shipped separately, and you will be notified prior to shipping.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipping fee is based on distance to destination. Items are sent from New York City via UPS based on UPS Ground delivery time. If a Rush Order is desired, please notify us at sales@maiflores.com. Rush orders will incur additional fees. 

 

PACKAGING

Each piece is provided in a polybag and includes a logo string tag describing the piece.

 

CANCELLATIONS

A signed order form is valid unless canceled in writing by the purchaser within 10 business days. Jewelry items already started in production are the customer’s financial responsibility. Orders cancelled less than 2 weeks before the scheduled ship date will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

Each Mai Flores jewelry piece is handmade individually, inspected and approved to be free of defects prior to shipping. In the event of damage in transit, wholesale customers must return them within 7 days of receipt of goods for an exchange. Please contact us at info@maiflores.com, before you send it, provide a copy of your order form and explain the defects and attach a photo image if possible, and we will send you an authorization number. No returns accepted without an authorization number. Defective goods will be repaired, receive exact replacement or even exchange at our option. Send packages to address listed below.

 

WARRANTY / REPAIRS

We offer a 6 month guarantee on jewelry from the day you receive it. If an item is sold to one of your customers and is in need of repair for design defects within six months, it must be returned to you (vendor). Please contact us at info@maiflores.com 

Upon approval for repairs or exchanges, please send to the address below and include the authorization number, the damaged jewelry, and a copy of the invoice for the jewelry when sold to you (vendor). For your protection, all returns must be packaged in a padded envelope and insured.
